09 Itinerario de los Palomares - Pedalea Segovia Road

Itinerary dedicated to the dovecotes, round-plan buildings that were located on the outskirts of the towns and sheltered pigeons and pigeons, highly valued in the Castilian diet during the Middle Ages. This 83 km and 933 m circular route is dominated by the Ayllón mountain range and part of Riaza to reach Maderuelo, crossing the typical red and black towns of the Segovian province.
