12 Itinerario del Trigo Castellano - Pedalea Segovia Road

Itinerary dedicated to wheat and its importance during the 17th and 18th centuries. It is a circular route of high difficulty where we will leave Navas de San Antonio and reach Nava de la Asunción. This circular route of 135 km and 1118 m of unevenness shows us the importance of wheat in this territory, being the route used in the past to carry the wheat of the Castilian muleteers to the Madrid court. Thanks to the importance of this element, the route is lined with innumerable samples of wealth in the form of heritage and buildings dedicated to wheat.
